Computes the inverse of a matrix $A$ .

Given a square matrix $A$ , matrix_inverse returns a square matrix $A_{inv}$ such that the dot product $A \cdot A_{inv}$ and $A_{inv} \cdot A$ equals the identity matrix $I$ .
